I was not pressured into anything, and of my questions were answered. They showed me a breakdown of what insurance covered and what my cost was. I will definitely go back for all our families vision needs.

Both times I walked up to the front desk and asked if I should sign and Each time she looked at me as if my question to her was completely irrelevant or if I had just made a derogatory comment to her. During my first visit, I told her that I would need to schedule an appointment for myself as I was there for my son and her response to me was “you’re gonna have to wait a minute for that” and she didn’t even follow up, I had to remind her before I left. I felt extremely offended and her tone was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I had no issue with any of the other employees – the rest of them were very friendly including the doctor but that particular woman has absolutely no business being in a customer service position. It also took them forever to call us back. I think I was there for a total of 1.5 hrs for a simple eye exam
