  Upon having my prescription sent to Giant Pharmacy in California Md. I thought they would welcome a new customer with care and compassion. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. One of the employees made getting a simple prescription a living hell. Would not explain anything to me for the reason she could not fill my prescription. I had to call my old pharmacy and have my prescription transferred. Got my prescription within hours. Never go to this pharmacy. Customer service was a 0.

  I’m not sure why all bad reviews but I can say from personal experiences this is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Miss Donna is very kind and knows me by name. The staff all know me and have always helped me or worked to get issues resolved on my behalf when needed. I’ve gone here 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else. Everyone here is fantastic.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is completely unprofessional, and will gossip about you while you are sitting there waiting for them to fill your (always late) prescription. For the past 3 days I have put in requests for an antidepressant through my doctor, who approved my request day 1, and day 2 and 3 I put in requests directly through giant. I am on my 3rd day without my medication, actively going through withdrawal, and when I called them today to ask when it will be ready, they told me they didn’t even have it in stock and now I need to wait even longer for them to order it. They could have, and SHOULD have, ordered it when the first refill request went through. I used to work for a pharmacy and I know how it works. Every experience I’ve had with these people has been absolutely terrible, if you’re prescribed controlled substances they treat you like scum. Even if you refill your medications on time, or early, they will ALWAYS be out of stock, or late filling it. People like these employees are the problem with our healthcare system. I have never had this many issues consistently with a pharmacy before. Pro tip: DON’T WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF PATIENTS.
