  Giant Pharmacy has been surprisingly fast and consistently professional. We’ve been using them more recently, and so far, they haven’t disappointed. Transferring prescriptions was quick and painless, and everything was handled efficiently without any confusion or delays. The staff is always polite, approachable, and clearly willing to help, which makes a big difference. We’ve also gone in for a few vaccines, and the experience was smoother than expected. One of us even had a later appointment but was taken in immediately, which was a pleasant surprise. Little things like that really stand out. At a time when many pharmacies seem to move at a snail’s pace and customer service feels like an afterthought, this place is refreshing. I know working with the public all day can be exhausting, but the team here still makes a genuine effort to be courteous and respectful—and that effort doesn’t go unnoticed. It really makes all the difference.

  Don't even bother using GIANT for a COVID19 booster shot. I've been waiting for an hour for my shot and so far NOTHING, and I had an appointment. Just go somewhere else.

  Very clean and super nice staff. Some of them talk to you like old friends. They are always pretty well stocked and if they’re out of something they will go to the back and get it for you.

  This is a well operated Giant grocery store, it also offers a takeout salad bar.
