  If I schedule an appointment and do a mobile check in. Why I'm I waiting an hour and then being told my check in never went through. But I have text messages to prove it, so I'm just waiting for nothing. This is why I never use quest, nothing fast about this visit and I walked in they were backed up, so didn't realize I was skipped or my appointment was void.

  Ms. Madera was absolutely the best! She was professional, friendly, and very personable. Her service delivery was kind, thoughtful and efficient. I definitely would return to Quest for future service needs.

  I was a walk-in appointment. Service was fast and professional. I've been to this location several times, always friendly, but professional.

  Incredibly rude and inconsiderate phlebotomist who laughed at my concerns. No one should be subjected to that especially when dealing with medical issues.

  For profit business at it’s best! Nobody working front desk. Sign in says HOURS of waiting to drop off a pre-labeled/pre-ordered sample!?
