I was already blown away by the new upgrades of the store, then Ms. Jackie was so pleasant, and Dr. Yhee gave a great exam! Then my girl Laya, who is my normal go to was busy with another customer, so I got sent over to Ms. Vinette! Babyyyyy, She knew exactly what I needed and We had a time picking out new frames! She helped me pick the perfect, not one, but two pairs of new glasses! Her service was impeccable! I would go back to them over and over again! Thanks Ms. V! 🫶🏽

- NSNext Level Career ServicesMar 19, 20261.0TERRIBLE!!!!!! I've been going to this location for years. Earlier this week, I called to confirm my appointment and waited on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up. The following day I attempted to attend my appointment...three minutes after the start time I received a telephone call asking if I was on the way because I was cutting into my grace period time. I informed the representative I was 10 mins away due to traffic from Elkridge to Bowie and she told me that would be too late without even asking if there could be an exception. Therefore, I had to drive all the way back home and didn't get to be seen despite having the appointment. Further, I called all week requesting a return call from the manager and no response. I will never return to this location. Terrible service...do better!!! This is unacceptable!!!!
