- CSChuckie sOct 12, 20185.0I missed an appointment because I was out of town sure to a last minute emergency, I called solely to apologize and schedule another appointment, so I was going to be out of meds for several days. The gentleman on the phone asked me this himself and him and the doctor went out of their way just to call me in a prescription to take care of me until my next appointment. They will bend over backwards here to help you and it is greatly appreciated.

He even kept in touch thru the week to make sure i was okay n kept me also updated with my insurance. Then i saw Dr. Merritt and she was so nice was very knowledgeable,understanding and explain everything to you, Her besides manner were great u wish all doctor were like her. Im glad i went. Also the whole staff in the office where very nice. I recommend this office to anyone that's looking to get help.
