An employee treated me in a discriminatory and unfair way, singling me out and enforcing a rule only on me while other members were not told anything, even though they had larger bags on the floor. It was clear that I was being treated differently without any valid reason. I felt humiliated, uncomfortable, and unwelcome, so I decided to cancel my membership. No member should be treated this way
- ASAshley SumrallNov 4, 20255.0They have barbell racks now!!! AND they’re 24 hours. This gym is super spacious when compared to other PF gyms and it’s always clean with a good vibe. Everyone is always in there putting in work. The tanning beds could use a little TLC, but if they at least got the upgraded massage chairs that hug you I wouldn’t have even mentioned the tanning beds. No but fr this is one of the better PF gyms.

The ladies room was not clean, with trash thrown on the floor and in some of the lockers. Also one of the showers had a huge clump of hair sitting on top of the drain—so disgusting. I reported these issues to a woman at the front desk, and she said that someone cleans the locker rooms every 20 minutes, but I did not observe that on either of the days I visited. There were a lot fewer people working out there than I remember when I was going more often, and I wonder if these issues have contributed to the seemingly lower membership. If I don’t see an improvement, I’m definitely going to end my membership.
