  Operation is poor, staff kept showing unnecessary attitude, talking to client without moving her lips. Have already submitted an official complaint, waiting for her manager to call me.

  Zero waiting time, I simply clicked that I had arrived on the Quest app. Person taking my blood samples was outstanding, great personality and I really did not feel even so much as a pin prick! Awesome work! Very convenient, in Safeway store. I will return every time I need Labs done.
