  My mom took me here after playing in my soccer tournament. i was dehydrated and worn out, but after my drip and relaxing in the massage chair i was renewed and ready to play again. definitely recommend for recovery. the staff was great at making me feel comfortable.

  I’ve been here 3 times now so feel like I can speak on the service here which is very poor. My first visit, I had very specific questions about the exact dosage of specific additives and the nurse seemed uninformed both of the role of specific molecules and as well getting additional information for me such as mg quantifies was very slow. I think it’s ok if you know exactly what you want to get and don’t need a holistic consult because any tips for aftercare or boosting the benefits of your treatment is nonexistent. The pricing here is incredibly confusing and the front desk staff seem either poorly trained or poorly informed. My most recent visit, I was told ahead of time that I could use a current promotion for a drip. When I arrived, I was told it would actually be $140. After some back and forth, the receptionist said, “You know what, it’s okay, we’ll charge you $99 today.” After my treatment, when I went to pay, I was then told it would actually be $140 and that the $99 promotion would apply next time instead. In other words, the price changed again after the service was already completed. Changing what you tell a customer multiple times during the same visit is extremely unprofessional. I ultimately refused to pay the higher price because I had even told her to talk to the owner before I went into the treatment room and they did honor the $99 promotion in the end, but the entire experience felt disorganized and frustrating. The owner needs to simplify the pricing plan, which is overly complicated and inflexible. The front desk employees also need basic communication and customer service training, along with refreshers on how the pricing works so they can accurately convey information to customers. The level of miscommunication and incompetence was so frustrating that I was honestly starting to question whether the drip I received was even the one I ordered. It’s unpleasant to have to interact with incompetent staff members to this degree, and I won’t be returning. Two stars only because the nurses are good at quickly finding my vein, which many providers usually struggle with.

  I absolutely love going to IV Prime for my monthly IV drips! The team always takes great care of me and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. They take the time to explain the different drip options and help me choose what’s best for my needs. Asha always does an amazing job with my IV she’s gentle, professional, and makes the experience smooth every time. I also love the extra touches that make it feel like self-care day: the comfy socks, warm blanket, and the amazing rocking, heating, and massage chair. It’s such a relaxing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
