  Kwasi is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He has a deep understanding of how a functional body works, so he can easily create many different exercises to help with structural problems, not just an elbow or shoulder at a time for ex. He understand the whole body like one, all muscles via fascia interrelated.

  Onelife has an outstanding staff. Everyone from instructors to managers to front desk and cleaning crew. Some insurance may cover costs of membership, so check it out!

  I love Alisha’s H20 Fitness water aerobics class. so much fun. Also really value the sophisticated treadmills, the whirlpool, and the friendly conversations in the locker room.OneLife is just excellent.

  4 stars for the facility from the gym equipment to the sauna and pool. 3 stars for cleanliness. 4 stars for friendliness of the staff and customer base. The main thing I liked about this facility that I would sign up for was the fact that they had tennis courts on the roof top and a pool. They don’t have any clubs that actively use them though.
