My husband and I own quite a few pairs of glasses because the prices are reasonable, the quality is great, and eye exams are available as well. Until now, the only locations we could easily get to from our home in Potomac were Pike & Rose in Rockville and downtown Bethesda, but parking at both locations has always been a hassle. Today, we visited the brand-new Montgomery Mall location, and it exceeded our expectations. Both my husband and I had eye exams, and the doctor was truly one of the kindest and most professional we’ve ever encountered. After the exams, I ordered a pair of reading glasses and a pair of distance glasses, while my husband ordered a pair of distance glasses. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were helped by Ms. Nikki (I’m not sure if that’s the exact spelling), and she was absolutely outstanding. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly, efficient, and genuinely warm service at a retail store before. She was simply the best of the best. I can’t wait to tell all my friends about this new location, the wonderful doctor, and of course, Ms. Nikki.
