    I’ve been going to The Perfect Workout for about a year. The trainers in Bethesda are professional and caring, and I’m stronger for it. I especially recommend Simeon who is very thorough and encouraging. He makes it fun and rewarding.

    If you have 20 minutes and a desire to improve your general fitness, book a demo session and give it a try. Beautiful machines, 1-on-1 training with dedicated trainers, and (I can't emphasize this enough) 20-minute sessions. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

    Honestly 20 minutes… Twice a week… How would that ever be enough?! We’ve all been programmed to believe it’s all about length of time or how many calories you burn while you are working out or no pain no gain… Well I am here to tell you that is simply not true. This is the program that you will easily be able to incorporate into your daily life. It’s not like a diet where you go off of it at some point. It makes such sense when you really think about it… I strongly encourage anyone who reads this, if you are looking for a trainer, then you MUST give them a shot! Here’s a tidbit that you will learn... it’s not how many calories you burn while exercising… Rather it’s how many calories you burn as a result of exercising! And the cost as compared to the ROI... you will feel like you are robbing them👍🏻
