    I absolutely love everything about this place. I’ve been able to reach my fitness goals through short, intense, and super supportive one-on-one workouts with truly amazing trainers and staff. No matter who I work with…Aasim, Will, Ian, or anyone else…the workouts are always customized to my personal goals. They push me in the best way, with tons of positive encouragement and genuine care. They’re also incredibly mindful about proper form and injury prevention, which makes me feel safe and confident during every session. This has been such a great complement to my PT, and I honestly look forward to my workout every single week. What really sets this place apart is how personal it feels. Even the general manager, Laura, knows who I am! The environment is warm and welcoming while still being professional and focused. And I’ll say it again…every single trainer here is top notch. They all cheered me on when I was able to complete my first pull-up!

    I’ve been going to The Perfect Workout for about a year. The trainers in Bethesda are professional and caring, and I’m stronger for it. I especially recommend Simeon who is very thorough and encouraging. He makes it fun and rewarding.
