I had a very disappointing experience at LensCrafters with the assistant manager, Christina. From the start, her demeanor was dismissive and unwelcoming. Super passive aggressive the whole time. At one point she told me to go sit down while she “looked into the account.” When I didn’t immediately move, she repeated herself in a forceful tone that felt more like she was trying to get me out of her face than actually help.
I was not surprised at all when I saw another review on here describing another horrible experience with the same person, Christina. Clearly this isn’t a one-off situation. The store needs to seriously work on its customer service. Customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Instead, the attitude was beyond rude and passive aggressive, as if internal frustrations were being taken out on the people walking through the door. Completely unpleasant and unnecessary.

Rosanna is the best!!
This store is about a 10 minute walk from my job, so while it’s convenient, I still need efficiency so I’m not wasting a break standing in line or being upsold services or products I don’t need.
This year, I set aside FSA money to buy some new AI frames and I’m happy I chose here to do it.
Rosanna was patient, kind, knowledgeable and quick with service during 2 visits.
I ended up buying a pair of prescription Oakley Meta glasses during their promotional sale and a pair of Rayban meta sunglasses with my benefits.
I’m going to recommend anyone in need of glasses in this area to come and see Rosanna!

Dr. Espejo is very good. But the current sales representatives are terrible. Their service is bad, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. I returned because of Dr. Espejo and the previous sales representative. But now, I definitely won’t go back.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Chyna! She was incredibly patient and helpful while I browsed and tried on so many different pairs of glasses. She really took the time to listen to what I liked, gave honest feedback, and helped me narrow down the options without ever making me feel rushed.
Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Because of her help, I finally found the perfect pair that feels just right for me. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the best fit and style, ask for Chyna — she’s amazing!

Special thanks to Chynna (I hope I spelled your name correctly, please forgive any errors) for helping me choose a new pair of glasses and being so patient and answering all of my questions and making sure I got the best discounts available. You truly made my experience special by going above and beyond what was expected. Thank you!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
