  I don’t know what’s wrong with the people that work here, if you are not happy working in a customer service environment—then don’t get a job doing it. I understand that days can be rough, that your job is not everything and everybody goes through things, but every single time I either call or go to this pharmacy, they are always rude and in a bad mood. So bad it’ll ruin YOUR good mood. I’m always polite, I say hi, please and thank you, I expect the same respect back because I was CERTAINLY not the one who ruined your day. They cut you off, if you have a problem they don’t even help you figure it out, they act like it’s a waste of their time to be polite. And I wish that I could report them because I would, there are very nice people that go there, and they get spoken to like they are less than. If you work there, fix your attitude or get a new job.

  It doesn't really matter what instructions your doctor sends, they're going to do whatever they feel like doing and cite "corporate policy" when whatever they're trying to "accomplish" fails. Do yourself a favor and use Safeway, where they'll fill according to what your doctor actually requests.

  Unorganized, prescriptions not filled on time, rude or unfocused staff, ridiculous procedure to get a flu or another type shot. Ray, who used to work in the pharmacy was great but they moved him to another area of the store. For flu shots, the Safeway on Bradley is exceptional.

  Overall pretty reliable, and one of the only pharmacies that will actually speak to you without asking to leave a voicemail first.
