  I normally really like CorePower and have good experiences there but I am just leaving this review in the hopes that the 4:30 pm yoga sculpt teacher on Thursdays see this or at least gets told so she can adjust her class. 1. Her music was so loud that no one in the back two rows could hear any of her instruction…you could just see the people staring at each other like what did she say? Turn down the music so people can actually follow the instruction. 2. The room was not hot enough 3. Her routine was more of a dance routine than a yoga sculpt class. Focus on good form vs. dance. Her moves were so intricate and because no one in the back could hear they were just doing their own thing. 4. 5 people left before sauvasana - kind of a sign that it was bad. 5. In the elevator, and in the locker room multiple people were talking about how easy and in some cases bad the class was. It just wasn’t yoga sculpt. I don’t know what it was but multiple people with no prompting were talking about it. I felt like it was a waste of my time honestly and kind of annoyed.
