  I enrolled my 16-year-old daughter hoping she would have a positive first experience with Pilates. Unfortunately our interaction with Angel was disappointing. She came across as dismissive and spoke to my daughter in a tone that made her uncomfortable. For a young person attending only her second class, it felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. A studio should feel supportive, especially for younger clients who are just starting. No teenager should leave a class feeling discouraged. I do want to recognize Simone, who was excellent—kind, professional, and encouraging. Her class created the welcoming atmosphere you hope to find in a Pilates studio. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously so all clients, especially minors, are treated with patience and respect. I would appreciate hearing how the studio plans to address situations like this.

  First time doing Pilates and Club Pilates has been an amazing place to start my journey. Instructors are wonderful and help you to improve. I love that I can go to studios around the country.

  Great teachers, great vibes. I had not taken Pilates before and have been taking reformer classes since January and so far I love it!! Really seeing the progress on my abs, flexibility and posture!! Angel, Katrina, Dana rock!🤘 You should definitely try ti!

  Classes were engaging and fun. Definitely a good low impact workout to add to the mix!
