  GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH SAMANTHA AGAIN This was my 2nd time having my ears checked at Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. Glad that the Bethesda location was convenient with nearby covered garage parking. I was happy to see that Samantha Scoli was going to be helping me again as she did last year. She is SOOO knowledgeable, professional and caring. She explained everything I could ever want to know about the workings of my ears using pictures that helped me understand it. It was so interesting that my eyes didn't even glaze over. Samantha is very positive. Altho, last year the testing showed I have some hearing loss in one ear for some high sounds, when she finished the testing this time, her first comment was "GOOD NEWS." I find many businesses these days act like the customer is ALWAYS wrong. Samantha knows the true meaning of customer service and knows how to keep customers happy. IMHO, she is a real asset to the Miracle-Ear team.
