I'm always frustrated here. They don't stock their shelves regularly, they're disorganized, and it's hit or miss with decent attitudes here. Most of the customer service folks are condescending. They have products showing as in stock online, but not on the shelves. There have been times people say they'd check in the back, and come back and say the online system was incorrect. So I'd go about my business and ask someone else later. That person would ask how many I want, and then bring out that specific number, rather than just bringing out a basket-full and stocking the dang empty shelf. Oh, and they leave the shopping handbaskets sitting by the checkout exits and never move them to the entrances. You always have to hunt them down. It's a ridiculous place.

My first time ever leaving a review, but felt it was necessary. My prescription was called in on a Wednesday. It’s a prescription I’ve been on for 14 years and can be fatal to suddenly stop taking it. They told me to check back every day until Sunday night when I finally showed some impatience and they told me they were not sure when the medication would be in since there isn’t any available to purchase. They told me they could cancel it out so I could go to the er or urgent care on a Sunday night. If they would’ve told me this instead of telling me everyday “tomorrow”, I could’ve had my prescription filled somewhere else by Thursday. Now I’ve been without a medication that I’ve had seizures from not having, for a significant period of time. This should be illegal!

The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to give you your Rx at the lowest possible cost. They are filled quickly and accurately. They offered to sign me up for their discount program for the store as well and auto refills.
