Lisa is awesome! I love her spirit. Just the right workout and she always walks around to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.

I lived the class I paid for a membership but so far I have been unable to successfully book a class. I told the young lady I signed up with I can only come Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday and she said if I book out far enough I can find a class. So wanting to get started asap I joined waitlists for the next upcoming Monday and Friday classes for 11 o’clock (Saturday and Sunday only has intro classes for the time I need, I work until 10 am). So now I am unable to join any more waitlists without paying more money. I’m worried I’m not going to be able to use this membership judging by the difficulty I am having getting signed up for 1 class.

This was my first session and Tiffany gave us clear directions and checked to make sure we were all understanding her directions before moving on. I really liked the class.

I completed an introductory class the other week, and today I attended my first 50 minute class with Kim, who was very helpful in making sure I did the exercises correctly and was very thorough. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
