  From the moment we scheduled, walked in, until the moment we walked out, it was a wonderful experience. The office staff and dentist were amazing! Thank you and we feel blessed to have found such a wonderful office.

  With having severe tooth pain and them being able to get me in the next day was amazing. The staff was great and the process was painless.

  Smile Partners has very friendly employees who all do a great job! My son had a visit to get a night mouth guard due to grinding. The dental assistant was able to use a mouth scanner to do 3D imaging rather than use a mold due to his gag reflex. That was extremely helpful and appreciated! The dentist is also very personable!

  The Dentists at Smile Partners are all so compassionate! Dr. Jimmy Scholl is Top Notch he made my daughter feel so at ease! She has VERY HIGH Anxiety regarding the dentist, and he helped her feel so much LESS anxiety with his great sense of humor and mild manner! She told him he is NEVER allowed to retire!! lol

  My family and I were patients with this outfit for several years and the for most of those years we had no issues. However, I myself have two crowns that were done by this office that were poorly done and need to be redone. I have had one of the two already fixed by another dentist. So my personal experience is that you are probably okay to go with this dentist for cleanings, but that is their limit. We decided to pull the plug on this office all together after being stuck with a bill for services that exceeded our insurance limits. In the past, they would notify us prior to a visit if we exceeded our limit by checking with insurance, to let us know what is anything would be owed after the visit. They did not do this and instead we got stuck with a $370 something bill. We called and left messages and received no calls back. Finally got ahold of someone and no adjust or write off would be considered. I checked with another dentist office, one we are switching to, and they said they would have notified us prior to the visit what would be owed. In fact, that is why we all need to wait until after January 1 to establish with that office. That office is also the one who fixed my crown that was messed up by Smile Partners; which they did for a nominal fee since I was over my limit, they adjusted their billing for a NEW patient; when Smile Partners could not, and decided it was worth $370 to lose 5 patients. They do have a nice new office versus the office that they had been at for years when we started with them, but their customer service has dropped off dramatically. Their cleaning, again, are okay…has lacked some in attention to thoroughness due to have busy they are and their ability to do crowns without issues has been insufficient in my experience with them.
