I just happened to be walking by when I noticed the store and walked right in. I was not even looking for glasses, but the salesperson was good...really good, so I bought 2 pair glasses.

I brought in my boyfriend’s glasses to get fixed even though they weren’t from Warby Parker and she took care of them for free. She even gave them a full clean, and they looked better than ever. The whole experience was quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant… so much so that I ended up buying cleaner on the spot. Truly above and beyond service.

Having had a number of pairs of Warby Parker's and being near a store, I hope so they could help me with my bent frames. Ricky, the store technician, quickly helped me out, and got my frames fitting and in alignment again. Thanks Ricky!
