Generally my pharmacy was either Wegman's or Walmart, however, my very necessary medication brand Levoxyl for thyroid could no longer be ordered from Wegmans. I was told it was the manufacture distribution back order issue. I called Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road explained my concerns and they were able to order it and sent text within 3 business days to let me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my medication, it was no line and the pharmacist was cheerful, greeting me with a smile. Due to this great experience at Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road, I'm going to transfer all of my medications to this store- Safeway Pharmacy Harford Road. Thanks so much for the great customer service.

- CKCarolyn KillingsNov 16, 20231.0The last time I was in there to pick up prescriptions they claim they didn’t have them yet I had text messages say it was time to pick them up. The associate was just plain rude. Now I’ve moved away the pharmacy here is just as lazy claim they reached out to them (Safeway) to transfer the prescriptions but nothing happened. Between Safeway, CVS and Walmart they don’t have to worry about any of my prescriptions ever again. Customer Service use to be everything today it is nothing people don’t matter anymore.
