  This is the worst experience I’ve had getting a drug test done. The phlebotomist told me to wait 30 minutes after I felt like I couldn’t go. I couldn’t leave the lobby and she held on to my ID. I ended up waiting in the waiting area for over an hour and 30 minutes, and no one was trying to let me back in there to go to the bathroom until I had to ask another nurse to help.
