  Waited over 40 mins for my scheduled appointment. Will never return to this location. Staff are overwhelmed. Makes me think twice sending any more blood work orders to Quest.

  I may have been Gwen's first client of the morning, but she was pleasant and assisted me professionally. We began an engaging conversation, and I would have spoken with her further, but did not want to detract from her work. God bless her. The results of the blood tests were available online the following day. The Quest of today is very much improved over the way Quest used to operate before Covid.
