  Everytime I come here there’s an issue. The staff is rude and acts as if they don’t want to do their job. They act as if the clients are an inconvenience. Also, their fax machine does not work which is crazy because a lot of doctors fax over bloodwork requests etc. I’ve been here four times and each time it always an issue. The Safeway is absolutely beautiful and the workers in the Safeway are so nice.

  I arrived at 6:33am as a walk in. Upon my arrival, the employee was also just arriving. She opened the main door but took about 7 minutes to try and open the door where labs are done. There was a cover over the sign in screen that she never removed. A few mins passed. After the next person arrived, she calls their name and tell them to sign in even though I had been there since 6:33am and she never said anything to me and had the screen blocked. She then said she would not be able to see me until her next appointment at 7:50am. I expressed confusion because I have done multiple walk ins at quest. If nobody is there...they take the walk in...especially one who has been there since opening. She came off as someone who did not feel like doing their job. There was nobody there but me and the other lady who arrived 10 mins after me. I told her I had one simple draw for one tube. I now have to go to another quest. This lady was on the 6:30 am shift on 2/11/26 with pink pants.
