  Had an appointment for my son scheduled for 3:30 at the belair road location, they called me day of at 3:11 saying I needed a referral to either call my Doctor and get it faxed or reschedule. I said I already picked my son up from school and we are on the way already. Like why would you wait til not even 20 minutes prior to call and tell me this? When I asked her that she said I have a history of cancelling, umm no definitely have NEVER cancelled. She apologizes, I tell her I'm calling the Doctor now and continuing on my way. Call the Doctor, the receptionist says she will fax it right over. I get to the office right at 3:30 only to be told that they cancelled my appointment because they don't have the referral so I call Doctor's office back on speaker phone and tell her that they are saying they don't have the referral and cancelled my appointment, the receptionist tells them that she did indeed fax it and how rude of them to cancel my 3:30 appointment when it's just now 3:34, they go back and forth for a minute, meanwhile the lady that originally called me and told me just to have it faxed over and still come goes on the back to tell the podiatrist we are here so I'm like ok good not a total inconvenience, however she comes back and says the podiatrist already left so guess he wanted to leave early which is why they waited so close to my appointment to call about the referral assuming I wouldn't get it in time but what do you know, it magically came in as I am standing there arguing with people that obviously are lazy and don't want to do their jobs. Needless to say we will not be going back and have already made an appointment somewhere else. Will be calling their management first thing tomorrow because that was unacceptable.

  When you enter the office the first person you go to see is Portia. Portia, is at the front desk, & she is phenomenal! She’s personable, thorough, thoughtful & considerate ! I didn’t have to wait long & was escorted to a room by a lovely woman. Dr. Carter came in shortly after. She listened to my concerns; explained the cause & treated my issue. Great office, doctor & staff

  Dr. CARTER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CARING AND TREATED ME WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT. I AM PLEASED TO HAVE HER AS MY PODIATRIST.

  I am always treated with excellent care from Dr Carter. She is kind, professional and offers great advice for what ails me! The office staff is professional and courteous. I recommend Dr Carter to my friends and family. She’s the best! Thank you!
