  Everyone there is pleasant to work with. I had a small problem with my last prescription and Veronica Jett was so nice and accommodating. I will have no problem referring you guys to my friends. Thanks Veronica!

  My experience was poor. A staff member was unprofessional 😡and stated my medical condition in the reception area were other patients hear about my condition Is the staff aware of the HIPPA Law😡😡I was overcharged for an eye exam. I contacted my insurance company to address my concerns…This was my second visit I said things may change. smh😡

  This is the worse service I have ever experienced, they are not organized and utilize your time to update information. I like my doctor at this facility but making an appointment is a nightmare. I have been trying to make an appt for 4 years and finally I made an appt which was cancelled because it was at wrong location and doctor. I made another appt at their availability to learn I needed a referral at the appt. And now while waiting for about 45 min to see a doctor I found another doctor who will see me tomorrow. When I asked to email my doctor I was informed doctors at physicians eye care takes no emails from patients. My husband has been using this facility for over 15 years and I been utilizing physicians eye care for many years. I hope my doctor drops this facility so I can use him again, he is a great surgeon and my husband no longer wears glasses for over 10 years. But because of your medical office staff I will no longer use physicians eye care. And I advise everyone to be aware of lack of appointment scheduling, too long wait!. Try other facilities who are very professional and organize. I gave one star because there is no option to give nothing.
