  The top two pics show what this office did! The last pic shows what a professional did after 1 try! Not multiple. I regret ever having come here. It’s been 5+ months and I’m still waiting for a full refund. I was recommended to come here from a dentist in Baltimore for restorative work. To say it was hell is an understatement. After MULTIPLE attempts (3 to be exact) they could not get the restorations done correctly. Finally when I found someone else to start the work and asked for my refund I was and still am being made to run around in circles. They went as far as to tell me they needed to speak to the dentist who completed my work to make sure I wasn’t lying. I guess the pictures I sent of the completed work from the other dentist were not enough. I’ll be filing several complaints about this practice, the dentists, and the fact that not only have I NOT received a refund that was promised to me but I also have NOT received my records which is a HIPAA violation. If they would like to comment here they can go ahead, I have every single text and email communication from this place to back up what I’m saying. To put the cherry on top, when they did the last set of restorations, the “final” two days later the crowns fell off and no one would see me on a weekend to place it back in. I have those texts too. So I had to go to an emergency dentist and pay out of pocket to have them temporarily put the final back in. Needless to say that is where I drew the line and told them I did not trust them to do the work I paid thousands and thousands of dollars for and my patience had ran out after almost a year. Please… go elsewhere. Update: 4/8/26 STILL Waiting for the refund that was promised to me, as well as my dental records. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you don't want headaches, lies, awful dental work!

  I cannot say enough how excellent this practice is. Dr. Sinada and Dr. Xue are warm, caring, and highly skilled in what they do. I went through a seven month long process of full mouth implants. It took so long because of their perfectionism, wanting each incremental step in reconstruction and fit to lead to an excellent final result.

  My experience with Dr. Ghassan and his staff has been really wonderful. The office has a warm atmosphere that helps with any fear or reservation about the dentist office. The attention to detail, accommodations for my comfort, the patience and kindness puts this practice high on the scale for recommendation. My dental issue has plagued me for many years. I wish I’d known about Dr. Ghassan sooner! The quality of my life has improved tremendously. I’m so grateful..

  I was referred to Dr. Sinada’s office by my daughter’s orthodontist after I met with her for a consult. I was told that Dr. Sinada was the best dentist to see for the issues I had. The staff is friendly and greets everyone with a smile. During my initial consult, I immediately felt comfortable with the dentist and the plan they came up with to deal with the complex issues that I didn’t realize that I had. The procedure to prepare for the implants was not as bad as I expected. The dentist was gentle and patient and walked me thru the whole process. I received my implants today and I was so happy to finally be able to fully smile. I would definitely recommend Maryland Prosthodontic Associates and Dr. Ghassan Sinada.
