The workers are very professional and friendly. I would def recommend this place to get your eyes checked out. Everyone that worked there that day including the doctor was very friendly and made sure I got what I needed.

They helped me try on different glasses and find pairs that felt both comfortable and cute. I really valued their opinions and enjoyed their playful banter.

Between them and my mom, they helped me pick out my glasses. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I know they were ready to go home lol but you couldnt tell. It was my first time at this LensCrafters location in Baltimore on Boston St and I'll definitely be back! I wish they worked on commission because they both deserved extra for going over and beyond. Give them some raises or something lol

I had to constantly call for updates and after 6 weeks I canceled my order. I had to constantly call for updates and when given information it was completely incorrect. The level of incompetence was almost willful as every step of the way they made what should have been a simple transaction a frustrating hell ride. will never give them another dime.
