- JSJessica Smith6 days ago2.0At first I really enjoyed going to this dentist for cleanings. She had gentle hands and is easy to talk to. Kim at the front desk is very friendly. However, I started receiving calls to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. The last time it happened, Kim called me an hour before my appointment time to reschedule. It's happened at least 3-4 times now. I request time off from work to go to the dentist, for them to cancel last minute. I've wasted hours of sick time on rescheduled appointments with them. Then, I scheduled an appointment for my son. Sat in the office for 45 minutes for them to say it was too soon for his cleaning. They didn't look over or review the dental records and xrays that my son's previous dentist sent over 2 months prior. They waited until we walked into the office to play catch up and do something that should've been done much sooner. Not sure if it's the dentist or Kim that needs to get it together but I won't be returning

After the anesthesia wore off, there was a slight discomfort, but no major pain. She explained everything throughout the process and helped me to feel relaxed and comforted. I was not expecting things to go as smooth as they did. Great job Dr. Sigdel and thank you for all you did!!😃

You can get a same day or next day appt with this dentist on any given day. Look at her calendar on the website and you will see she has openings all day, everyday. That’s because of her poor workmanship. Any good dentist would not have all of these openings. And, she’s the only dentist in this practice. Now I have to pay another dentist to fix the faulty work that I paid her for. She refused to correct the problem. It cost me thousands of dollars.
