Parking was easy. They went through the purchase order before processing it so that we could comb through each detail. He told us what to expect now that the order had been placed and that we would receive our glasses in the mail in 14 days. He also told us that we may be receiving email confirmations as well as an email request for a survey. It was a very pleasant experience overall, and I will likely only be going back to this location as opposed to the others in and around Baltimore City.
