And I don't mean it's warm like how a regular gym gets warm when there's a lot of people in it, I mean the heater is on full blast at 2 in the afternoon. It'll be a beautiful 68 degress outside, and over 80 in this gym. How they've gone this long without sending someone to the hospital is beyond me. Just stay away.

I can’t wait to cancel my membership altogether they are rude and lazy (always hire young kids who don’t take the job serious) and never answer the phone you have to call over 10 times to reach someone even during non busy hours.. like what are yall even doing in there? The mondawmin location is full of college students and young adults and they still have excellent customer service and it’s always clean in there so it’s not about age! They just lack professionalism

I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks and have been unable to tan because the staff cannot get the computer working. They took the stools out of the tanning beds rooms also so there's nowhere to hang or set your things you have to lay everything on the dirty floor. I realize they provide sanitizer for customers to use but it's as if every time I go in the beds are filthy I have to spend more time scrubbing down and then I lose tanning time. It's a great location but I wish they would do a little better
