After speaking with several different people to cancel services they still proceeded to schedule me for therapy sessions. Clearly they need the money . Now I have to call my insurance agency all because HEALTHY MIND WILL NOT CANCEL SERVICES!! They are trying to over charge my insurance for missed appointments when I’ve clearly cancelled services months ago. I have everything documented and recorded and will be taking the necessary steps moving forward.
