- VBVincent BertorelliApr 14, 20255.0I’m not sure the 3 ladies names I dealt with I do know one was the store manager one was a bakery clerk and one was some sort of assistant manager I believe any how I ordered a cake for my sons birthday online and was supposed to pick it up today at 4 when I got there something went wrong in there system and there was no cake.. so for me it wasn’t really the end of the world because they had plenty of cakes already made I could just buy. Well these folks were having none of that they instantly assured me me they would make this right all the while I’m trying to assure them it really wasn’t a big deal… to them it was they were extremely apologetic and gave me a birth day cake and dinosaur novelties free of charge…I tried explaining to them that I deal with unexpected crap every day at work and that things happen but again they were having none of it they went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it
