  Prescriptions are frequently filled 3 days after prescription is written. My doctor, when we had an appointment - and he questioned why I had medication leftover the day of the appointment - was quite astounded when I told him it hadn't been filled until 3 days after he prescribed it, given my disease is LIFE-THREATENING. I looked at the date the last prescription was filled, and, indeed: 3 days after he prescribed it. This very, VERY BAD. The doctor was livid. Likeableness is one thing, but professionalism is vastly more important. They are rarely either one. If you get lucky, the person at the counter is polite, but one gets they impression they truly do not care. You have to call to check up on a prescription, and their response is usually, "We'll have it ready later today." NO. If you are DEPEND on your medication to keep you alive, you COULD well be dead. I'd like be one of those clients who exaggerate, but sad to say, I am not.

  Don’t schedule any COVID or other shots here, your appointment time means absolutely nothing and you will waste your day waiting to be seen. Extremely disorganized staff. I made a point to ask about wait times as I needed to reschedule if they were running too far behind but was told “oh it’ll only be a few minutes”. 45 minutes later I still had not gotten a shot and had to hunt someone down to get my license and insurance card back that they had been holding onto for the last hour. I left with no shot.
