  Prescriptions are frequently filled 3 days after prescription is written. My doctor, when we had an appointment - and he questioned why I had medication leftover the day of the appointment - was quite astounded when I told him it hadn't been filled until 3 days after he prescribed it, given my disease is LIFE-THREATENING. I looked at the date the last prescription was filled, and, indeed: 3 days after he prescribed it. This very, VERY BAD. The doctor was livid. Likeableness is one thing, but professionalism is vastly more important. They are rarely either one. If you get lucky, the person at the counter is polite, but one gets they impression they truly do not care. You have to call to check up on a prescription, and their response is usually, "We'll have it ready later today." NO. If you are DEPEND on your medication to keep you alive, you COULD well be dead. I'd like be one of those clients who exaggerate, but sad to say, I am not.

  It's extremely frustrating to have such a low selection of items. I moved here from a much smaller city and it's perplexing how that town had better selection and better pricing than this grocery store. To make it even more frustrating, the Giant app doesn't work at the register because there is "no reception in here".
