  I have been using Giant pharmacy here for quite some time. Has to be over two decades. I don't remember having any really bad experiences here. Currently I have nothing but positive things to say about all of the pharmacist and techs. A stand out for me is Alyssa up front, she makes the experience of having to go to the pharmacy efficient and pleasant. She is very fast, when she sees you in line she already gets started, her memory is great. Both of my sons and I appreciate her we would like to leave this review saying thank you to her. We would like to let the staff know that she does a phenomenal job. I was actually offered a position here I had to turn it down due to the hourly rate so I can say factually that she deserves to be paid a higher wage. I do see a review on here negative towards her I am not sure of the specifics of it does not line up with any of my experiences with her so maybe it was situational, or out of her control possibly I'm not sure. I definitely do not see her having a negative interaction with any customer. I have watched her while in line she treats everybody very well.

  I typically have a good experience here at this giant pharmacy. Alyssa is the best that works here. She’s on top of her game and is always prepared. She deserves a raise or a promotion if there is such thing. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

  Idk what her name is maybe Alyssa ? The girl with brown hair , glasses , and she’s white. Needs to be fired every time I go she acts like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. When to get my infants medicine she told me 30 mins she didn’t need for a few hours so I came back 2 hours later and she still did not have it ready or well no one had it ready. And this is something that happens every time. She told me my daughters insurance wasn’t good anymore turns out she had it put in wrong bc my daughter had just went to the doctors so it was no way. Giants hires anyone ill moving pharmacists because it’s never not a problem with the people here

  My mother and I love this store experience because there is one cashier that goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind she's a small in hight older woman and she always has a smile and kind words for she is the reason I will continue in this store
