  When I asked about timing for transferring a prescription older black lady wanted to be a smart ass and say it could take 23 days and didn’t wanna give a response or any adequate customer service she was the worst representative I’ve ever encountered in my life and I’ve worked as a representative in Customer Service for 17 years. That old lady needs to be recertified and away from General public because our attitude is horrible. I will never go back to that giant again based off of her rude interaction

  I have been through many pharmacies in my life! the best is Giant pharmacy,,and they have been my pharmacy for over 8 hrs. They are a busy pharmacy, but they always have time for their patients. Ms. Chris, Ms.Angela,and Mr John, and a few more whoses names I don't know yet,,they are always ready to help either by phone or in person...they are there to help you with all your vaccines. It's definitely a pharmacy that I will stay at for as long as I get medication....thank you. K O baltimore
