Long wait, but otherwise it was a good experience. Not sure if the wait was due to being behind schedule, or because of connection problems with the remote doctor system, or both. The remote doctor thing works though. They're on a video call and able to remote control the "1 or 2" lens machine to figure out your prescription, and they look at the results from the other tests as well. And there's an assistant also present in the room, in person. Also, the playlist of music they had was pleasant and chill.

Made an appointment for 2:30pm, arrived 10 minutes early. They were not even remotely busy but it took them about 5 minutes to acknowledge me then just sent me a waiting room where I sat for about 15 minutes. Another woman was sitting in there and I asked if she was there for an appointment as well. When she confirmed that she had an appointment scheduled for 2pm and it was not 2:40 I decided that this was not the location for me and I left.

Everyone was nice and very helpful! The man at front even fixed my broken frame for free as I waited. I was able to schedule same day appointment for Dr. too to get 1st time contact prescription.

LensCrafters @ 2400 Boston St was UNable to send my eye exam results to the DMV (they couldn't remember their DMV ID name). I needed to send my eye exam results to the DMV (that was the ONLY reason I went to them) :-(
