- SHSharon Harris4 days ago5.0My husband and I went to the Good Feet Store to find relief for his recently diagnosed Plantar fasciitis. Chelsea greeted us and asked what brought us in. She was very thorough in explaining the 3-Step System and made recommendations to address the concerns. Displayed high level customer service and we didn't feel pressured which resulted in us purchasing some Brooks shoes and the arch supports.

I already pre filled out the paperwork but they had recollection of me. The workers barely greeted me. I didn’t feel welcomed and not a great vibe here. I won’t be going back. This place is very expensive not to provide excellent customer service.

The other staff members in the store were so patient and kind. I will be returning as soon as possible to get a pair and to have some coffee with JT.

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
