  Horrible location unfortunately. This only gets a one star so that I can write a review. Ms Claudia was fantastic for taking care of my particular situation the other lady did not even care to bother with me. I hope this place changes around, and gets some coaching as the manager claims that it will. Thank you to Ms Claudia for going above and beyond in my situation.

  I was greeted and taken exactly on time. The young woman who administered the blood test was INCREDIBLY KIND AND COMFORTING. I hardly felt the needle. Many thanks to her. Marcey Miller

  Patient care representative with the super long braids was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!! While explaining the instructions for the urine test, I asked an additional question because I could not understand her fully with her mask on. Her tone is inexcusable. This isn’t a routine thing the general population does, so I was ensuring I was following all the very specific steps to ensure I didn’t have to come back as I will be out of town and will not be able to come back for a couple weeks. I get the location may be understaffed and overwhelmed, but at the end of the day, it’s unnecessary to speak to people that way.

  Great experience, staff were very nice and my appointment was on time. Phlebotomist was great, no pain, perfect blood draw. Very professional and direct. I will definitely use this site again.
