  Absolutely love Doctor Jones and all the staff at OSS! No matter whether it's a tricky set of implants or a straightforward extraction, I always feel well taken care of.

  Wow. Virtually everyone in this place is so helpful and welcoming. They were very friendly and seem to be truly caring. Everything was also efficient and ran on time. They even helped my husband set up an app so we could leave our car the parking garage while we went to dinner after my appointment. My appointment was just for a consultation but I was very happy with the Dr and staff, so will definitely return for the procedure. Super impressive place, and the decor is also very nice too.

  Called today to reschedule an appointment due to a death in the family and they were not polite or understanding at all. Seeing that I needed 2 extractions, mostly out of pocket and 2 implants, politeness is a necessity. I guess I dodged a bullet, will find somewhere else where I can get a better customer experience.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My sons had Dr. Jones for their wisdom teeth extraction and recently, I had a tooth removed. Dr. Jones and all of the staff at Oral Surgery Specialists are outstanding!! From the start with booking an appt, communication about appt, check-in and follow-up after appt, everything was easy, convenient and helpful. Dr. Jones and his surgical assistant were amazing! They both thoroughly reviewed the procedure with me, answered all my questions and put me at ease (I was a nervous wreck). They were kind, patient and understanding with my stress about the procedure. The instructions for after care were clear and prescriptions for pain were immediately sent to pharmacy so there quickly filled. Thank you for everything.

  When i arrived at the Oral Surgery Specialists office, I was feeling extremely anxious and stressed due to a serious dental issue that I was experiencing and felt hopeless about. That all changed when I met a phenomenal Assistant named Janelle, when she called me to the back for my consultation with Dr. Jones. Her friendly, warm and upbeat personality was just amazing! She was so positive and supportive, and went above and beyond to reassure me that my tooth issue would be taken care of. I could not have asked for a nicer more uplifting person to help me feel calm and hopeful. She made my day! Next, Dr. Jones is an incredible, highly skilled and experienced oral surgeon who assisted me in the past, and he also handled my present issue with sensitivity, kindness, and confidence. He explained what was going on with my tooth based on my x-rays and CT scan, and went over the plan and steps that will be taken to resolve my issue. I left feeling very hopeful and relieved. I had a great experience. I will never go to anyone else but Dr. Jones. I have complete trust and confidence in him. He is truly top notch and so is Janelle! Thank you both so much!!
