  So disappointed i around 7 to 10 minutes before closing and the doors were already locked. There was an employee in the store and they did not even budge to see what I wanted. It would have been so quick!! Do you carry Dave's protein bars? That's it. If you did my son wants to try two flavors I would have bought them. If I not I would have been on my way. Sorry for your luck I will go elsewhere for my needs now. Very poor service!!! Why have a 7pm closing time if you don't honor it?

  Ordered twice from here. First time, my package was lost. It said “Delivered” but it was not delivered to any package room in my apartment building or even to my front door. I even called USPS, FedEx, Amazon, and even UPS, all delivery services stated that the package was never sent out to be delivered. Second time, ordered hours before “closing” which was stated to be 7pm on website and google, I tried to stop by in-person earlier to see if order was completed as it was taking several hours to be completed and the doors were locked by 6pm. I am originally from Arkansas and only have used Vitamin Shoppe, this is terrible customer service and a terrible look for a business if the operating hours are a farce online. It relays inaccurate information and misleads customers. Most likely will not order from here again. Too unreliable. Do wish success for the business if they can fix these issues.
