- LGLinda GOct 24, 20221.0I filled out the lengthy covid booster form on line and scheduled an appointment with the Giant pharmacy in Bay Ridge. When I got there they said they never received my form and that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. Well, I had the appointment on my phone so they couldn’t deny that but said they had to thaw out the vaccine. After waiting 30 minutes (and no one else was there waiting for the vaccine) I left. I won’t ever go there again. I got my other shots at Safeway with no problems!!
