- RIRNB IIDec 15, 20242.0I give up. Giant is officially the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misery of dealing with. Not one time have I dealt with this place when there wasn’t at least one problem. (I mean, how many large companies let their entire data system go down for an entire day, crippling all their customers’ ability to access their medications?) They are slow to fill prescriptions, I get notifications for refills that aren’t ready, and the mobile app is utter garbage. Today I tried paying in advance in hopes of picking up curbside, but the app tells me my card is invalid - the same card I’ve always used there, and I verified all info was entered correctly. It is all just too much incompetence to put up with.
