- IVIsabella VisbalFeb 6, 20261.0Today my father had a dermatology appointment at this office. He pays for his medical insurance and, like any patient, expects to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, his experience was very disappointing. My father does not speak English, and instead of being patient or trying to help, the receptionist became visibly upset and raised her tone. Even though my father couldn’t understand what she was saying, it was clear from her attitude and body language that she was annoyed. People around were staring because of how uncomfortable and tense the situation became. This felt discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. We live in a diverse country, and healthcare providers should be prepared to assist patients from different backgrounds with basic empathy and professionalism. When you are paying for medical insurance and trusting a clinic with your health, you expect kindness and understanding — not hostility. I hope management addresses this issue seriously. No patient should feel embarrassed or mistreated simply because they don’t speak English. I would also like to clarify that Dr. Harly was excellent, both professionally and as a human being. She treated my father with kindness and respect, and even helped him schedule his next appointment. We truly appreciate her care and compassion.

They are never even close to being on time and repeatedly waste patient's time with forms that have been filled in several times before. It just feels like they are here to make the largest profit possible; treatment is secondary.
