  I really have enjoyed my care by Dr Henry. She is very caring and compassionate and truly listens to her patients. I also have had 1 appointment with Dr Pindell who is also great. The only issue I have with this facility is that it was taken over by CloseKnit and it’s just not the same. I used to be able to contact this office directly, now I have to call a call center and it’s almost impossible to get them to transfer you to the physical location. I also used to be able to message my provider directly but now it seems that it’s the case and I don’t get quick responses. I also used to be able to get same day appointments now that’s never possible. I will be finding another provider unfortunately that can offer these conveniences.

  I’ve had very good experiences with AllCare. I moved to this region about 5 years ago and went through countless doctors who didn’t care, didn’t explain, and barely listened. Dr. Kaitlyn May is amazing and has made every one of my visits wonderful. She took the time to discuss medication options with me and find the right one. The office itself is also great. They always follow up to make scheduling my appointments easy and send referrals whenever I needed them.

  Sharon Henry! She’s so nice and caring, I’m very weary of pcp’s and she was so attentive to my lab results. It’s nice to know she’s going to be honest and keep me healthy for my family!
