I have seen great improvement in my mobility and how my body feels after seeing Cherrie at StretchLab. She brings a warm and welcoming vibe while also being skilled at what she does. She listens to me and to what my body needs. She answers my questions and gives me extra stretches so that I can do them at home. I highly recommend Cherrie and the StretchLab. I'm very glad I gave them a try.

Thought I’d give this a try. Saw it pop up on my Instagram for the Seasons location. Intro price was $79. Was it worth it? No. Firm no. I was greeted by a hostess, who explained things very quickly and given sticky socks. She offered me some water and came back with a Dixie cup - if you’re old enough to know what that is, perfect! If you don’t, let’s just say it’s like a shot glass. She definitely said, there was going to be a scan to see where certain parts would be detected if there is muscle cramping or tightness. That was yesterday. Still waiting for any type of scan. In other words, there was no scan. Session started off with a trigger gun - which is not stretching. Then went to pressure points along my calves - again, no stretching. Flipped onto my back and some stretching for my hamstrings and inner thighs. Then got a massage for my neck and shoulders. Again, no stretching. My “prescribed” regimen - come once a week or twice a week at the most…same shpeel as the person before me. So, it’s just a generic close. Then the hostess reappears with binder in hand to discuss “treatment options” aka membership promotion. Cut her off and said I could only come once a month, and that was that. Service? Okay - very (too) chatty stretcher but friendly. Reason for my review? Just got an Instagram post saying the Pritchard location is having an introductory offer of $59. Boo.

The team is nice. Sylvanus was the professional who worked in my session. He is so attentive. I really recommend this place.
