- MFMarie F.Mar 27, 20261.0There’s asian employee there thats rude. My parents came in to pick up my mom’s glasses, and unfortunately, the service they received was very disappointing. One of your employees was quite rude to her. At one point, the employee told her that she’s not the only customer there, which came across as dismissive and disrespectful. My parents were simply there to pick up an order and did not deserve to be spoken to in that manner. We understand that it can get busy, but customers should still be treated with patience and courtesy. I hope you can address this with your team so that others don’t have the same experience in the future.

- ECEnrique ChaconMar 14, 20261.0Recently went to pearl vision to get some contacts. My first pair of trial contacts went bad, my eyes got extremely red and very irritable the following day. They gave me a second pair of trial Contacts and the same thing happened. They did not suggest that maybe perhaps I should book an appointment with their eye doctor. I was given a THIRD pair of trial contacts and they seemed to go good for the first couple Of days but eventually the same thing happened. I had boughten a year supply since I thought early on during the trial that these were working. Unfortunately the same thing happened and my eyes got very irritable the next day. I went to return the contacts and explained to the staff what had happened . They offered no suggestion of where to go from here, or even attempt to book an appointment with their optometrist. I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience the contacts caused. The staff is nice enough but unfortunately I don’t feel like I received a good customer service experience here. I will not be returning here for glasses or contacts in the near future.
