  I can’t say enough good things about this business, the customer service was some of the best I had ever experienced, Joe (manager) was super friendly and helpful, was an absolute pleasure to deal with him. This is the third pair of glasses I have purchased from pearle vision polo park, they have an exceptional selection as well. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered anywhere 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

  Had called this location asking if I could get my new glasses that I bought online adjusted so then they could fit my face better. The associate on the phone said it could be done as long as no damage would be done to the glasses. I told her I bought it online and that I just needed them adjusted. Brought it in store and the Filipina lady there outright denied me despite another associate saying that it could be done. Shamefully, I didn’t get a name but it’s bad business just because “I bought my glasses online”. I’ve bought glasses here in the past, but looks like I won’t be anymore due to this Filipina lady’s bad customer service. I also work in customer service but I would never turn away a customer just because I didn’t want to help them with something that I had called about just minutes before. I was willing to pay a fee to get them adjusted and ironically, they didn’t want my money just because they just didn’t want to help me. Shame to this business and their nickel and diming.

  From start to finish, I had an excellent experience with Mona! I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. The level of service, expertise, professionalism, and friendliness was the best I’ve ever experienced. Mona is very easy to communicate with—she explained everything clearly and addressed all of my concerns with care and patience. Every visit is a positive experience, and I will definitely continue coming to this clinic. Highly recommended, and thank you for taking such great care of our vision!

  I had a fantastic experience at Pearle Vision - Polo Park huge thanks to ”Mona”, who made the entire visit genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She has such a warm, upbeat personality super jolly, engaging, and naturally entertaining which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out, though, was her impressive product knowledge. Mona took the time to clearly explain my options without overwhelming me, and she made sure I understood what would actually benefit me rather than just trying to upsell. Her recommendations felt honest and tailored to my needs, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service was exceptional patient, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She listened carefully, answered all my questions, and guided me toward choices that were both practical and worthwhile. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and such a positive attitude so effortlessly. Mona is truly an asset, and I would absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re visiting Pearle Vision!
