During my first visit, it took three different staff members to complete my order, and I had to repeat my information multiple times. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks and that I’d receive a notification, but I never did. After waiting two weeks, I called on March 17 and was told they weren’t ready. When I called again in the third week, they said they were ready for pickup. When I finally went in, I found out my glasses had actually been ready since March 17, the same day I called and was told otherwise. The lady staff who picked up my call didn't even bother to check on that day when it was sitting there ready for pick up. Very disappointing lack of communication and organization.
